Creating an alert
Click New alert on the Alerts feed. The wizard has five steps.
1. Choose a template
Pick the template that matches what you want to watch. The template decides the sections of the digest and the questions each section answers.
2. Pick audiences
Choose the audiences whose point of view the digest is written from. The wizard asks once for the whole alert and lets you override per report section if one section should be read by a different audience.
3. Tag entities and scope
Type @ in the composer to tag companies, executives, competitors, themes or communication types (multi-word entities such as "press releases" are recognised). Tags scope which documents the digest considers.
4. Schedule and delivery
Set the cadence (daily, weekly, or a custom schedule) and choose the delivery channels: bell, email recipients, Slack channel, webhook URL.
5. Preview and save
The wizard renders an inline mockup of the digest with your workspace theme so you can see the layout before saving. Reorder sections if you like. Run now executes the alert immediately without waiting for the schedule.
Managing alerts
From the feed you can open an alert's detail page to edit any step, pause or resume it, run it by hand, or disable it. The LLM used by the alerts engine is set per workspace under Models; see Models and providers.
