Alerts
Alerts keep the team on top of what matters without anyone watching the dashboard. An alert is a scheduled digest written from a template, from the point of view of the audiences you choose, delivered where your team works.
The feed
Alerts in the sidebar opens the feed: every digest that has run, newest first, with filter pills by alert and by status. The notification bell in the top bar shows a real unread count and links to the latest digests.
Templates
An alert starts from a template that shapes what the digest looks for and how it is laid out. Templates include:
- Competitive Edge — what competitors said this period and how your audiences would compare it with your position.
- Audience movement — categories whose grade or trend moved since the last digest.
- Coverage and mentions — new documents about your company, its executives or a theme, tagged by communication type.
Templates use an engine that builds a structured prompt from your selections, so the same template produces the same layout every time.
Delivery
Choose where each alert goes: the in-app bell, email, a Slack channel or direct message via the Slack app, or a webhook to your own system. Digests are themed with your workspace brand.
Running and governing
Alerts are off for a workspace until an admin enables them. An admin sets cadence, content and recipients, can preview a digest before saving it, run an alert by hand, and pause or disable a schedule at any time. Recipients read digests as they arrive; nothing is approved item by item, which is why the oversight model classes alerts as on the loop.
