Audience Library
The Audience Library is where you organise audiences into reusable panels. It lives under the Audiences section of the sidebar.
The library is being enabled workspace by workspace. If you do not see it, ask your Kumkuat contact to switch it on.
Panels
A panel is a named set of audiences: "Q3 earnings panel", "State regulators", "Trade press". Panels appear in the pickers on Scorecards, Chat, Surveys and the Narrative Testing Studio, so a whole set can be selected at once. Panels can be favourited, archived and restored.
The category rail
The rail on the left lists every audience category in the workspace with its member count. Selecting a category shows rich rows for each persona with avatar, description and linked sources. Categories with no members are hidden from the wizard. You can add a new category from here; it is appended to the workspace's list without touching the others.
The new-panel wizard
- Name the panel and choose the categories it draws from.
- Add audiences one at a time or in a batch, by searching the workspace or pasting names. Names Kumkuat cannot find can be queued for a background persona build.
- Review and save. The panel is available in every picker immediately.
Favourites first
Star a persona, a category or a panel and it moves to the top of every picker: a synthetic Favourites group on Scorecards, a ★ Favourites chip in Chat, and favourites-first ordering in the studios.
