Audience Scorecards

Audience Scorecards (the page was called Simulations in earlier versions) run a document past a panel of personas and return a grade per persona with the reasoning behind it.

Composer

Pick audiences by category, panel or favourites, then pick a document from the library or paste text for a one-off run. A quick reaction test on pasted or uploaded text extracts the text for that request only; neither the file nor its reactions are stored.

Responses

Persona Responses page listing eight selected personas, the document under test, and generated responses with grades A and B
Eight selected audiences reacting to an earnings call. Each response carries a grade, a resonates/mixed/doesn't-land count, and expands to the judgments.

For each persona you get:

  • a grade from A to F;
  • judgments grouped into Resonates, Mixed and Doesn't land, each with a confidence rating and a recommendation;
  • an Evidence link from every judgment to the passage in the document that drove it;
  • potential pushback: the objections that audience would raise.

Grades follow a locked scale so they are comparable across audiences and over time.

Group tools

  • Generate group scorecard — one aggregate view across every selected audience.
  • Chat with focus group — opens Audience Chat with the same panel and document.
  • Audience history — earlier reactions to this document, so a revision can be compared with the previous run.
  • Download PDF and Regenerate All.

Working from a project

When Content Writing or a Project has a working document, the scorecard picker pre-selects that project's default audience and document, so the loop from draft to grade is one click.
