Communications

Communications under Library is where every document in the workspace lives: uploads, press releases, earnings transcripts, crawled articles and social posts. Search by keyword, and filter by the tags Kumkuat applied (CEO, executives, company, communication type) and any tags you added.

Uploading

Click Add Document. Supported inputs: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, plain text, CSV, Markdown, images, audio files, web pages and YouTube links. Add tags on the upload screen. Uploads run in the background.

A document's page

Open a document to read the extracted text (with speaker labels on transcripts), see its tags and signals, and jump to the reactions, scorecards and narrative tests that used it. Retag reruns auto-tagging after you change tag definitions or aliases.

Provenance

Crawled articles carry a media provenance of owned, earned or paid, which Alerts and Compare Narratives use to distinguish your own newsroom from coverage.

Filtered sources

Admins can set filtered sources in workspace settings to exclude domains or feeds from processing without deleting what has already been collected.
