Entities and executive voices

Kumkuat resolves the executives and companies tagged across your documents into entities, each with its own page.

Executive and company pages​

An executive page collects everything that person has said in your library: statements by theme, the documents they appear in, and their recent signals. A company page does the same for a company, including competitors. Pages link to Compare Narratives with the entity preselected.

Knowledge graph​

The knowledge graph view shows how executives, companies, themes and tags connect, and the tag alias graph shows which names resolve to which entity.

Executive voices​

For executives in your own company, Kumkuat builds voice profiles from their speeches, calls and posts: cadence, vocabulary, favoured constructions and the topics they lean on. Content Writing uses the selected voice profile to draft in that person's voice. Several profiles can exist per executive, for example a formal earnings voice and a conversational social voice, with one set as default. Refresh a profile after new material arrives.

The CEO voice is drafted automatically for new workspaces from the company profile; review it before relying on it.
