Covers: releases from 1 to 31 May 2026

May concentrated on Content Writing: projects, exports, a much richer audience-testing loop, named voices, and a simpler way to start a piece.

Content Writing

Projects and documents

  • Projects table and a Documents / Projects toggle in the documents view.
  • Visibility and sharing per project: private, shared or public. The active project shows in the Content Setup header.
  • Open tabs are remembered per project across sessions, and past projects are hidden when you create a new one.
  • Delete and bulk actions in the document list, a delete button on document pages, and a confirmation before unlinking a document tab.

Starting a piece

  • The "+" wizard. A two-step way to create content: pick what you are writing and where it draws from, including past communications and knowledge-base sources.
  • Content Setup redesigned with numbered sections, compact template tiles, audience tiles, and colour-coded pills for audiences, themes and pull-through priorities.
  • Open the persona or voice editor inline from Content Setup, and create, edit or delete voices without leaving the page. Tone is derived automatically from a writing sample, with progress shown.

Audience testing

  • Grouped reactions: resonates, mixed, doesn't land.
  • Suggested revisions marked up inline, with scroll-to-highlight, phrase-level edit suggestions, and a focused rewrite for any highlighted passage.
  • Refine turns advice-like suggestions into concrete rewrites.
  • Prior-response anchoring and reaction history, so a re-test compares against what the audience said last time.
  • Per-tab test results and a test history panel.
  • A tracked-changes view of suggested edits with word-level diffs (preview; opened to everyone in 2.2.0).

Voices

  • Named voice profiles with automatic selection by content type.
  • Voice & Tones page with defaults and inline editing; voice-only personas are kept separate from audiences.
  • A persona's default voice is applied to its audience reactions.

Output

  • De-AI-ify pass to reduce AI-sounding phrasing, later built into every generation prompt.
  • Export to PDF, Word or text.
  • Desktop-first preview with device frames, and an inline preview that refreshes when you switch tabs.

See Content Writing and Audience testing and quality.

Audiences and chat

  • Persona chat shows the persona's avatar, an info banner and a personalised typing indicator.
  • Persona replies no longer end with a question by default; the follow-up behaviour is a setting.
  • The admin personas page gains a three-dot menu per persona.

Workspace

  • Invite members who do not have an account yet. See Inviting your team.
  • Navigation reorganised: clearer left-nav labels, with Themes under Communications in the Library.

Fixes

  • Content Writing: multi-target generation no longer sticks on the second draft, tabs overflow into a menu and can be reordered, undo works after accepting revisions, autosave includes test history, long titles wrap instead of being cut off, duplicate templates are removed, and the De-AI-ify "analysis failed" error is resolved.
  • Simulations load the specific cached reaction you clicked in history, not just the latest.
  • Crawler: payment and authentication errors from the crawl provider are surfaced instead of failing silently.
  • Modal widths, spinner visibility and other polish in the Kumkuat theme.
