Chat under Tools is your assistant for the platform itself. Need help navigating? Ask Chat. Need to upload documents, build a competitor list, draft a persona or design a signal template? Ask Chat and it will walk you through it or do it for you.

Chat routes each message by intent: a question about a persona goes to persona mode, a request to add a competitor calls the competitor tools, a general question is answered from your workspace. Sessions are saved, and a session_id lets a follow-up continue the thread. The same intent-driven chat is exposed to Claude through the MCP chat tool.

For conversations with your audiences rather than with the assistant, use Audience Chat.
