Projects

A project groups everything about one initiative: the documents you are working on, the scorecards, narrative tests and surveys you have run on them, the default audience, and early signals from the sources you monitor.

The project hub

Each project has a hub showing its document capsules, a runs box listing every test run against them, and early signals. Set a working document and the scorecard, chat, survey and narrative pickers pre-select it.

The project band

While you work inside a project, a persistent band at the top of action pages shows the project and its working document, and an Audiences dropdown that lists the project's default audience: categories you can unfold to members, a Chat action per row (a category chats as a focus group), Chat with everyone, Quick scorecard and Manage audiences.

Creating a project

New project opens a three-step wizard: name and describe the initiative, choose its documents (existing or uploaded), and set the default audience. Project settings can be changed later from the project's settings page.

Rolling out

Projects are enabled per workspace. Ask your Kumkuat contact to switch them on.
