Reports

Reports under Tools are custom documents assembled from sections you define, generated on demand or on a schedule, and delivered as PDF or by email.

Building a report​

  1. Create a report and give it a purpose.
  2. Add sections. Each section has its own prompt and scope (audiences, documents, themes, time window). Generate a single section to check it before running the whole report.
  3. Customise style to apply your workspace brand and layout preferences.
  4. Generate the report, download the PDF, or Send email to recipients.

Scheduling​

Give a report a schedule and it regenerates and delivers itself, for example a Monday narrative digest for the leadership team. Scheduled reports, like alerts, are off until an admin enables them and are governed from the report's settings.

Report types from narrative testing​

The Resonance Report produced by the Narrative Testing Studio is a fixed report type rendered by the studio itself; custom report types saved there are managed from the studio. See Reports and exports.
