Let’s navigate to the “Insights” tab on the lefthand Menu. Here, you can view your company’s pillars and themes. Each theme is color coded to match the pillar it is associated with. Start off by selecting a few different themes. Select two of your executives from the executive dropdown, and click “Generate All AI Insights” to generate your output.

Reading the Output

Let’s start at the top. Here, we have our list of themes. Click on each theme to see how your executives compare on each theme. Moving down, you are given a brief summary. This is useful for quick comparisons. Under the Similarities and Key Differences sections, you are able to view how your executives compare and differ on each theme. At the bottom, you can view each executive’s unique perspectives in addition to their strengths. Kumkuat also includes statements for each executive from your documents to support these conclusions. You can collapse any of the sections with the “Collapse” button to the right.
