Let’s navigate to the “Personas” tab under Workspace Settings. This is where you’ll be able to see your synthetic audiences.
Your personas mimic real-life individuals with specific ideologies, objectives, and pain points. They are useful for understanding how real-life individuals would react to your messaging, product launches, financial reports, etc. Automatically, after uploading documents you will see a list of personas. These are generated around your company’s information and objectives. To create your own personas, navigate to the new “New Persona” tab. Let’s start by naming and describing your persona. From here, we can categorize our persona and include a tone of voice for communication. Under Persona Characteristics, you can include key interests, primary concerns, and communication preferences (how the persona will respond to certain inputs). If you have documentation that you want your persona to imitate, you are able to upload this under Writing Samples.
Finally, you are able to test your persona against your uploaded documents and can prompt your persona with custom questions.
